Starting pose.お尻がすっぽりと入るくらいの幅を開きます。
Open up to a width where your backside fits comfortably.つま先は少し外側へ。 お尻に少し力を入れ、 膝もつま先と同じ向きへ。
Toes slightly outward. Put some strength into your backside, knees facing outward like the toes.お腹は少し力を入れて、 へこませましょう。
Put some strength into your stomach and flatten it.胸を張ることで、 肩が耳の下に来るように。
By holding up your chest, make your shoulders come below your ears.目線は遠く。 膝は伸ばし切らず、 少し曲がった状態からスタートします。
Eyes looking afar. Don't completely stretch out your knees. Start from a slightly bent position.腰をそらしたり、 丸めたりせず、 自然なアーチをキープ。
Don't stick out or curl up your waist. Maintain a natural arch.そのままの姿勢でお尻を後ろに引いて、 椅子に腰を掛けるように。
Pull your backside out behind in that pose and sit down as if on a chair.膝の角度は九十度を目安に曲げていきます。
Bend your knees to 90 degrees as a rough guide.余裕があれば、 床と太ももが水平になるまで曲げましょう。
If you have leeway, bend until your thighs are parallel with the floor.息は下ろす時に吸って、 上がる時に吐く。
Breath in when you lower yourself, out when you come up.止めないようにすることが大事です。
It's important that you try not to stop.膝を曲げた状態でもお腹の力はキープ。
Keep strength in your stomach even when your knees are in bent position.つま先と膝が同じ方向を向いていますか?
Are your toes and knees facing the same direction?お尻の力を抜かずに、 元の体勢に戻ります。
Don't let go of strength in your backside and return to your original position.また、 膝を伸ばし切らないように戻しましょう。
Also, return without stretching out your knees fully.膝が前に出過ぎたり、 上体が倒れ過ぎていませんでしたか?
Were your knees not protruding out too much, and your torso not too bent forward?回数は一日置きに十回掛ける三セットが目標です。
The objective is three sets of 10 times a day.運動に慣れてきた場合には、 回数とセット数を増やしていきましょう。
