10月の食品ロス削減月間に合わせて、消費者庁と明治がタッグを組み、特別パッケージを展開します。
In conjunction with October's Food Loss Reduction Month, the Consumer Affairs Agency and Meiji are teaming up to roll out a special package.
「色んな時にそれを見ていただいて、食品ロス半減の目標を消費者の皆様にも色んな形で気付いてもらって、考えていただけるというのは非常にありがたい機会をいただいている」

At the Senryu contest "The goal of no food loss" of the Consumer Affairs Agency,
1万3708件の応募の中から選ばれた受賞作品を商品のパッケージに掲載し、食品ロス削減の普及啓発の活動に賛同します。　
Meiji posted the winning entries selected from 13,708 entries on product packaging as part of an effort to raise awareness about reducing food loss.
10月から11月にかけて、「明治おいしい牛乳」や「明治ブルガリアヨーグルトLB81」、「明治プロビオヨーグルトR－1ドリンクタイプ」など乳製品約20品目のパッケージに川柳が載る予定です。　
From October to November, senryu will appear on the packaging of about 20 dairy products, including "Meiji Oishii Milk", "Meiji Bulgarian Yogurt LB81" and "Meiji Probio Yogurt R-1 Drink".
明治の松田社長は、「日常的に使う商品で食品ロスをアピールすることで、自分もやらなきゃいけないという意識を持ってもらいたい」としています。
President Matsuda of Meiji says, "By promoting food loss in products that we use on a daily basis, we hope people will become aware that users should do something about it, too".
