通常、タコの足は8本ですが、長崎県の水族館では4倍以上、36本足のタコが展示されています。　
Normally, octopuses have eight legs, but at an aquarium in Nagasaki prefecture, people displayed a 36-legged octopus, four times the number of normal legs.
水槽に密着した吸盤。こちらは佐世保市の九十九島水族館。

見るからに足が多いです。

その数、大小合わせてなんと36本。

飼育員によりますと、1本の足から最大11本が枝分かれしています。　
According to caregivers, up to 11 branches separate from one leg.
それぞれの足に吸盤もしっかりついているようです。　
It looks like each leg has a suction cup firmly attached.
お使いなのかをこちらは休んでいるみたいです。
It seems to be resting here.
水族館によりますと、枝分かれの原因は不明です。　
According to the aquarium, it is not clear what causes its legs to branch like that.
ただ、こうしたデフォルトよりも足の多いタコが生きたまま展示されているのは珍しいということです。
However, it is rare for an octopus with more legs than usual to be displayed alive like this.
