4月の外食産業の売り上げ水準は、営業制限が緩和され客足が戻ったものの夜の外食需要は低迷しています。　
The foodservice industry's revenue performance in April shows that nighttime food service demand is tepid, although business restrictions have been eased and visitor numbers have returned.
日本フードサービス協会によりますと、4月の外食産業の売り上げは前の年の同じ月と比べて13.5％増加しました。　
According to the Japan Food Service Association, sales in the food service industry in April increased 13.5% compared to last year.
3月末にまん延防止等重点措置が解除され、春休みや土日、祝祭日を中心に家族連れの外食需要が回復しました。

また、「パブ・居酒屋」は81.9％増加しましたが、2019年4月と比べると52.4％減と新型コロナ感染拡大前の半分の水準にも届いていないことが分かりました。
