日本銀行は3カ月に一度まとめている地域経済報告＝「さくらレポート」で、全国9つのうち3つの地域で景気は持ち直していると判断を引き上げました。　
In its tri-monthly regional economic reports, or "Sakura Reports," the Bank of Japan raised its judgment that the economy is picking up in three of the nine regions of Japan.
前回から景気判断が引き上げられたのは「東海」「中国」「九州・沖縄」の3地域です。
Three areas are evaluated for economic growth compared to the previous time: "Tokai", "Chugoku" and "Kyushu/Okinawa".
残りの6地域は判断を据え置きました。　
The remaining 6 areas remain in the same condition as last time.
東海地方では主力の自動車産業で半導体の供給が滞っていた影響が和らぎ、生産が持ち直していることが要因です。　
In the Tokai region, production is picking up as the impact of a delay in the supply of semiconductors in the mainstay automobile industry has eased.
他の地域でも、訪日観光客の増加や新型コロナの5類への移行で個人消費が堅調に回復していると報告されました。　
Other regions also reported a solid recovery in consumer spending due to an increase in the number of tourists visiting Japan and the transition of the Corona to Class 5.
一方で、スーパーなど小売業界からは物価の上昇により消費者に節約の動きもみられるとの声があったということです。
On the other hand, supermarkets and other retailers said that rising prices are causing consumers to economize.
